What you will bring to the table
- minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
- knowledge of current design trends, good practices, and patterns in UI design also strong, proven UX background
- have a portfolio with specific examples that demonstrate your thought and design process to produce a great user experience that drives business
- very good knowledge of UI design tools like Adobe XD, Figma
- strong skills in user interface design, wireframing, prototyping
- ability to keep consistency among designed projects, working with UI Kits, design systems and style guides
- excellent command of English and Polish
- good communication, organizational skills as well as team-working attitude and loads of creativity
What you might surprise us with
- basic knowledge about frontend programming (HTML, CSS, Responsive Web Design)
- experience in IT industry
- interest in data visualization, motion designs
- experience with usability testing, research tools and working in Scrum
Your work in details
- executing all visual designs (from concept to the final result) including delivering assets and controlling the quality of the implementation
- delivering highly functional, user-centered interface designs
- collaborating closely with business analysts and developer teams to deliver the best solutions
- participating and organizing workshops for clients
